1. What this site is

HairClinicRankings publishes independent information about hair transplant clinics in Turkey: a directory, a published-methodology Trust Score, patient reviews, comparisons, and guides. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. Independence and how scores work

Trust Scores and rankings are computed exclusively from auditable signals under the methodology published at How We Rank. No clinic can pay to change a score, a rank, or a review. Paid clinic services (profile tools, consultation requests) are clearly labeled and exist entirely outside the ranking. Scores are our opinion, derived from the published methodology and the evidence available to us at the time; they are not a guarantee of clinical outcomes.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Medical Disclaimer. Always consult a licensed physician before making treatment decisions.

4. Reviews

Reviews must comply with the Review Guidelines: first-hand experience, proof of treatment, no incentivised or fabricated content. We may decline, remove, or unverify reviews that fail verification or violate the guidelines. By submitting a review you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to publish and moderate it. You keep ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable use

• No fake reviews, review trading, or submitting reviews on behalf of a clinic.
• No scraping, bulk harvesting, or republishing our data without written permission.
• No attempts to manipulate scores, signals, or verification.
• No abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

6. For clinics

Any clinic may be listed with factual, verifiable information without its consent — that’s what makes the directory independent. Clinics may claim their profile free of charge to respond to reviews and submit factual corrections with evidence. Disputes about factual accuracy: email corrections@hairclinicrankings.com with evidence; we review within 10 business days and correct what we got wrong. Paid services never influence the outcome of a dispute.

7. Consultation requests

When you request a consultation we forward your details to the clinic you chose. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a clinic, we do not arrange treatment, and we are not responsible for a clinic’s services, pricing, or outcomes. Clinics may pay us for delivered consultation requests; this is always labeled and never affects rankings.

8. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the site’s content or for the acts or omissions of any listed clinic.

9. Governing law

HairClinicRankings is operated by a company based in California, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
